Kynamic is the e-Bike Total Service Provider, from Design, Logisitcs to Warranty Service.

Our service also includes the European sales distribution and after-sales service for our verified eBike system partners.

The e-Bike System may be varied by its integrated firmware version. Please do check if the purchased e-bike parts are compatible with your serviced bike model. If you have any technical question, please do contact us first before your purchase.

The additional charges that may apply are the customers responsibility and not the responsibility of Kynamic Service.

The spare parts are given 12 months warranty, activated since the Invoice date. Please keep the proof of the purchase for the future warranty.

We do hope you are satisfied with our product and service. As our service e-shop is not retailing the general commercial producuts but specific to open a convenient way for the bike dealers who are with good knowledge and experience on our verified e-system to do the e-bike maintenance service. The installation e-components is not given the return policy. Should the products have any failure issue, please contact us for the warranty process.

If you purchased the incorrect product by accident and the product is kept new without the installation, we will assist to handle the replacement. You will be only required to return us the product and take care of the new shipping cost.
